Every ICS square railing profile is extruded from 6063-T6 aluminium and designed to resist the 1.0 kN/m horizontal line load specified by Eurocode EN 1991-1-1 for residential balconies. Post base plates accept mechanical or chemical anchor fixings into concrete, with stainless-steel fasteners included as standard. The profile geometry allows concealed wiring for integrated LED strip lighting — a feature increasingly requested by hospitality and high-end residential clients. Powder-coat finishes carry a 25-year warranty against peeling and chalking under Qualicoat Class 1.5.
